Magen Nefesh is a nonprofit initiative based in Israel, providing accessible, remote psychological support to individuals suffering from trauma and PTSD caused by war, terror, displacement, or loss.

We connect Israeli civilians, veterans, first responders, and survivors with licensed therapists worldwide — offering online mental health consultations via Zoom. Many of these professionals volunteer their time, while others receive compensation funded by international donations.
